RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We are a custom/personalised bike manufacturer and our core business is the designing and manufacturing of frame sets. For this reason we hold no complete bikes and no pre-decided components in stock, and we don't offer any pre-made bike configuration or pre-made paint job. The configurations you see on our website have to be considered exclusively suggestions of possible configurations we can customise for you. For this reason complete bikes are always made on demand and must be considered as customised/personalised bikes in any case, and for this reason not refundable.
 

The return and exchange policy is valid exclusively in case of purchasing a carbon fibre frame sets, with no personalisation or customisation request on it.

We offer free returns or exchanges for our carbon fibre frame sets within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a credit or a refund to the original payment method.

Our titanium frame sets are always made on custom geometry and customer's details. For this reason they must be considered not refundable, unless defected or not fulfilling the sale description.
 

In case of defected products we commit to fix/repair the product on our own costs. Fort more information check our warranty policy. 

Returned new items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Demo or second hand items are final and cannot be refunded.

Complete bicycles are shipped with wheels, seat post and handlebar disassembled from the rest of the bike, so a minor re-assembly will be needed from customer or customer's trusted mechanic, at customer's expense.

Additional Information:

In case of refund we commit to pay back the customer within 14 days.

Any shipping fees for returns the customer will need to pay.
The customer is responsible of any lost or damaged returns.
